Sugan is the Principal of Sugan & Associates (AF002316 & AAL0151). Prior to founding the Firm, she was a Senior Manager at Big Four and subsequently admitted as an Audit Partner in a medium sized firm.

With more than 30 years of experience in auditing both public listed and private companies, including not-for-profit organisations, Sugan has covered a wide spectrum of industries and business operations including manufacturing, construction, real estate, industrial products, healthcare, hospitality amongst others and non-government organisations.

She also has significant experience in financial due diligence and financial forecast reviews for restructuring and IPO projects.

Sugan is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) and Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
